Phoenix High School has announced nine spring football practices beginning Tuesday, May 30. This will be the first time new head coach Charlie Hall and the new coaching staff will conduct team football practice. Hall, hired back in February has only been able to have strength and conditioning workouts.

“We are excited to start this process of building a team that cares about each other while learning our systems of offense, defense, and special teams,” said Coach Hall.

Approximately 45 high school student-athletes will be joined by approximately 25 current 8th graders. The boost in participation will make it very likely that Phoenix will have a JV team for the first time in several years.

Practices will be held on the Campus of PHS from 4-6 pm.
